These Terms of Service govern the use of the myBibliotek application, accessible via web, iOS and Android platforms.
By using myBibliotek, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
myBibliotek is a family library management application that allows users to catalog, organize, share and lend books among members of the same library.
Registration is free and can be done via email/password or through a third-party identity provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft). The user agrees to provide accurate information.
The user agrees to use the service for its intended purpose, not to attempt to interfere with the service, and to respect the rights of other users.
The user is solely responsible for the content they publish (titles, descriptions, notes, images). myBibliotek reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability, performance or continuity. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided.
myBibliotek strives to ensure service availability but interruptions for maintenance, updates or any other reason may occur without prior notice.
myBibliotek reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. In the event of permanent shutdown, users will be notified and given time to export their data (CSV export available in the application).
The myBibliotek application, its code, design and content are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
As the service is provided free of charge and without warranty, myBibliotek shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, service unavailability or any interruption.
The user is responsible for backing up their own data. The export function (CSV) is available for this purpose.
The user may delete their account at any time from the application settings. Deletion results in the erasure of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
myBibliotek reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
